JA Inspire Entry is more than a career fair: It brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch middle school students into their future—high school, college, and careers beyond. The program consists of three segments: (1) pre-event career-oriented sessions; (2) the JA Inspire event, and (3) a post-event reflection. The JA Inspire event (in-person, virtual, or both) provides students a powerful way to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy. Education Level: Middle School

JA Inspire Advanced is more than a career fair: It brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch teens and young adults into their future—postsecondary education and their careers. The program consists of three segments: (1) pre-event career-oriented sessions; (2) the JA Inspire event, and (3) a post-event reflection. The JA Inspire event (in-person, virtual, or both) provides participants a powerful way to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy. Education Level: High School, Youth 18-25

JA Inspire® presented by PSECU is a six-month-long, virtual career exploration hub that is designed to help 7th-12th grade students make the connection between their lives today and their careers tomorrow.

Students navigate between a virtual lobby, booths, and an auditorium to directly interact with local companies, read about career information and advice, and watch informative webinars.

This year, the event is being divided by grade level: JA Inspire® Entry for middle school students and JA Inspire® Advanced for high school students.
